What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, driving adoption of our financial solutions.
  • Educate enterprise clients on the value of Cashless Participation® in enhancing equity programs.
  • Build relationships with HR, finance, and legal teams at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve client experience.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience, ideally in HR tech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
