Governing your use of Carver Edison products and services. Effective May 1, 2025.
By accessing or using Carver Edison's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Carver Edison provides technology for administering employee equity programs including ESPP and related plans. Services are provided pursuant to a separate agreement with your employer or plan sponsor.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access systems beyond your authorized scope.
All platform software, content, and technology are owned by Carver Edison Companies, Inc. and protected by applicable IP laws. "Cashless Participation®" is a registered trademark.
The platform is provided "as is." Carver Edison makes no warranty that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Carver Edison's liability is limited to the amounts paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, NY.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify affected users of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
